Refund Policy – Digital & Audio Products

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital and downloadable products, including PDF books, written materials, audio recordings, and video content, all sales are generally final once the download link has been accessed or the product has been delivered.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • change of mind

  • incorrect purchase

  • inability to use the product due to incompatible software or hardware

  • failure to review product descriptions prior to purchase

2. Faulty or Defective Digital Goods (Australian Consumer Law)

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a digital product is:

  • faulty

  • corrupted

  • incomplete

  • not as described

  • unable to be accessed or opened due to a technical issue attributable to us

you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the failure.

Where the failure is major, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement.

3. Technical Support

If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading a product, please contact us first.
In many cases, issues can be resolved by:

  • re-sending download links

  • providing alternative file formats

  • offering reasonable technical assistance

4. No Refunds for Unauthorised Use

Refunds will not be provided where:

  • the product has been copied, shared, or redistributed

  • access issues arise due to user error or third-party software

  • the request relates to unauthorised use of copyrighted material

5. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing and include:

  • proof of purchase

  • a clear description of the issue

Requests will be assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
